Sam Leavitt To Sign With Lane Kiffin & LSU

Any link saying this? Everything I am reading says they can sign anytime after name is officially in Portal.
An Auburn fan told me this, hence I was told. It was passed along to him and he was miffed by it so he shared it with another group. Could be wrong but he was told how a kid wanted to sign right there on the spot and they had to tell him no.

Ok

Anyone know who this article is referencing? Grok says Leavitt, but I'm not sure how trustworthy that is given that Longstreet is on campus. Hoping Grok has its wires twisted.

Longstreet already burned his shirt so there's no way lane gets both

it seems like LSU fans believe they are getting Longstreet and the Landen kid from Elon as QB's

Duasso, who has as much experience as anyone watching and evaluating skill players at the HS level absolutely loves Lennear and says he is a rich man’s version of George. I’m taking him at his word because he has been hyping Malachi for 2 years and basically said we would forget Restrepo’s name (figuratively speaking- he loved Restrepo) by Toney’s sophomore year. He also predicted that Wingo would blow up this year and said as much on one of the podcasts. He thinks Lennear is off the charts.
Idk how this has to do with Leavitt lol

On this subject though, need to bring back Duasso on the pod. One of the best episodes ever @DMoney

Pure speculation on my part, but here’s a few guesses as to what’s going on:

(1) We’re probably in a straight-up bidding war with LSU. If I’m on Miami’s staff, I’m negative-recruiting the **** out of LSU’s O-line, which I'm sure they did. They lost like 3–4 starters and didn’t exactly replace them with world-beaters in the portal. That line could easily cost them multiple games next year and get their QB killed.

(2) Leavitt might be negotiating non-money terms with Miami and/or LSU. I have zero insight into that side of it, but I do wonder how much the non-money deal terms matter—things like guaranteed comp, timeline of payouts, etc.

(3) I don't believe this to be the case, but I also wonder if Leavitt is waiting to see what Dante Moore does. Leavitt is an Oregon guy, but it feels like Oregon has zeroed in on Raiola, and I haven't heard anything linking Leavitt to Oregon.

At the end of the day, I just hope we land one of Leavitt or Raiola, and if it comes to it, Longstreet.
