That is just one position.....
Give me four extra s Fl studs over the last 2 years and we are a completely different team. People say one player doesn't make a class, true, but when they start to add up they do. Give me Collins, Bostwick, Rudolph and Valentine, and add them to our roster........

I just remember that part so vividly in the "U" documentary when Alonzo Highsmith was talking about his class coming out of high school and how he and the other trop recruits said, " Let's just stay home and we'll be cool in our own town."

Obviously things have changed in the last 30 or so years, but it remains the same. If all the top kids stayed home and you sprinkle in recruits from throughout the country then Miami would always have a top team in CFB, but as history has shown we've never been able to keep them all home and with recruiting like it is every other team in the country gets their grubby hands on the kids down here

Watkins is from ft Myers, no? But I get the point. We don't even need all of the elite so Fla kids. Just a handful. But we struggle with all. They're all a battle.

1 kid usually doesn't make a difference, though I do believe that if we just had Collins at RB last year, we would have gone to the ACCCG. A great QB or a freak like Devin Hester can also single-handedly make a difference. But as Bobby noted above, when you add 4-5 beast playmakers, suddenly the equation has changed. Collins + MT + Bostwick + Valentine on this roster, and we'd be favorites in 11 of our 12 games this season.
