Well, yeah, they were relying on Bruce for production and he couldn't deliver.

Their entire offense sucked and they had that QB who inked with FL, but was terrible. I forget his name.

They were loaded with weapons and their offense was from the stoneage.
 
I heard DJ Williams tell a brief story of his recruitment here. They promised him he could have #11. Ken Dorsey already had the number. This was before the stupidity of guys wearing the same numbers. So he had to settle for 17. The difference is one guy cared about playing football. The other guy just wanted the attention that comes with it.
