lol at anyone here evaluating pro ball competition in Turkey based on a highlight reel

I saw Sengun play in Turkey before he was drafted as my oldest nephew and Sengun played on the same team. This guy plays a lot like Sengun.
Sengun may have been a little more athletic, but it’s good comp. Personally, I like a 5 who plays in the lane. So many teams lack that player such that the ones that play that way; Kalkbrenner, Edey, the UF bigs, can be really effective.

Did he show any touch ? Sengun has some rice touch around the basket and mid range. The first jumper I saw on highlights looked like he had the touch of Edward Scissor hands lol. It seems like he has good hands which helps on pnr and pocket passes. A big that’s coordinated with good hands and that can finish is always a positive .

I think he is going to work on the push shot inside the lane that Sengun is using so much these days. We’ve seen the floater for years form guards but the push shot seems like its the new move for European big men.
