Also in an interview this week... when asked about the game and rivalry despite being such a big favorite/um expecting to win. This fool diaz gave instant bulletin board material and said games “like these” are good for city and sofla youth football. What in the living “f***” is he doing?
NOTE TO DIAZ ::::: fiu didn’t see it as a game “like this”. **** nick saban has good things to say about his opponent and downplays his own team’s success, EVEN WHEN THAT OPPONENT IS WEST CAROLINA who FIU would be favored by 35 over...you ain't nick saban, your team isn't alabama, and that isn't Bethune Cookman you are playing...They are a team better than about 30-40 other D1 teams and who is still alive for a bowl and actually were picked by many to win their side of the CUSA Diaz created complacency and fueled fiu when he answered the question like that. That’s just brutal...fiu didn’t get the memo, that this was just a little cute game top lay for youth football... unfortunately his own team did
He is supposed to downplay “that big favorite” talk. And actually get angry about the reporter even insinuating it...idiot
I said from FSU on...Someone get they f***in idiot away from a microphone. I understand he is trying to get his face time and sale things to his recruits. But you are leading a team who approaches games the exact way you approach the game. He wants to talk about building a brand (I think he actually says **** like this to his players) instead of telling them they haven't won **** and FIU's strengths/weaknesses where they are dangerous. You want to talk about the FSU and Louisville games like you won a championship? They are going to look at it like they won a championship...The coach is supposed to be the one get up someone's *** and remind them they haven't accomplished ****.
Can't handle success, can't handle free time...And not good enough to be able to win despite those tendencies....Bama, for instance, can just show up (even though their head coach who has how many ships??? would fight 'em on the sideline if they did it to the extent our boys do)...Us? Nah.
