It's Saban.....makes kids work hard but his personality is real af no bs. I can see why a kid can want to play for a guy like that. He's always had this gift....I know people say he gets everyone cause he wins but that's Bs.....this dude has always been able to pull the best classes even when he arrived at Bama...dude hit the ground running like Jimbo at Fsu.

Anyway, I guess players getting big bags and driving around in new Chargers ain’t considered getting paid. Granted, he’s earned being able to speak his mind and he’s certainly correct in what he said about players and fans but he’s still an *******.

People always hate the ones who are winning the most.

Saban could literally say "Manny Diaz sucks" and people in here would be upset about it.

If he would be here doing what he does at Bama, no one here would give two ***** about it. So stop giving a **** and enjoy your Thanksgiving with your beloved ones.

The fact that you think it would be remotely possible that he could do at Miami, or any other mid-tier program, what he's doing at Alabama shows you don't know **** about college football.

But look. He wasn’t gunna be great with the Fins.

He found the situation that was best for him and it is what it is.

He is the goat.

He’s cut throat.

He doesn’t care about your feelings…

But he gets the most out of his players and coaches.

And he’s taken a lot of families out the hood.

You have to admire the longevity of his run.

And if anyone has listen to any of his interviews his understanding of everything there is to know about College Football from a global establishment down to the individual universities is mind blowing.

When we were best everybody hated us too.
Other than Miami fans, nobody liked JJ when he was here including his school president lol

I had an 85 year old Ohio state alum tell me if I remember when OSU beat those criminoles for the title. I said “criminoles?? I told him Clarett was the biggest criminole of them all, even from our team from the 80’s…. He had the audacity to tell me, “Oh, clarett changed his life”, I was like FOH changed his life, after he damaged society with his guns and drugs, LOL.

Little Nicky got the perfect storm when his corrupt best friend Emmett became the head of the NCAA.

Saban was mediocre at MSU. He won 1 title at LSU, but the rest of his time there, his teams were not great.

His Dolphins stint was an utter disaster. That’s obviously partly on the Phins organization. But if he’s the “best coach ever”, as many of you profess him to be, he should have done a lot better as the Phins HC.

At Baga, he has had the protection of his buddy Emmett to get away with anything and everything. He has the greatest bag men circuit going (apart from Kirby, who learned from him), an obscene number of resources (from a ton of extra analysts and assistants that are not counted as assistants), and the greatest collection of talent in CFB year after year.

Add to that the refs being in his pocket, and it’s no wonder that they have dominated for so long.

Our Canes always did their thing in spite of the corrupt NCAA, not thanks to it. They changed NCAA rules and named them “The Miami Rules.” They made sure to change the rules regarding scholarships given to players playing a different sport after Butch had found a way to get more talented players after getting hit by almost Death Penalty style sanctions.

Saban is a good coach, but Jimmy Johnson was 100 times the coach. Jimmy was great at the U, and then completely rebuilt a horrible Cowboys franchise in the NFL, and turned them into a dynasty by completely rebuilding the team through the draft.

Sabag is just posturing so when his team gets beat by Georgia, they can still be in the playoff.
