The biggest difference was that our tackles are teenagers while their ends are almost in their mid 20s. Even then they didnt even look that much bigger it was more of a getting off the ball issue.
Well, as a part time fitness guy y’all should know the impact a D1 SC program has on players for 3-4 yrs. As opposed to 1st and 2nd year kids. By Difference, I mean, Boys verses Men. Very few athletes step in as freshman Man ready. Herschel Walker comes to mind. Most are DEVELOPED. From what I have heard our new SC guy is great and has done a remarkable job in a short time. Now me being a personal fitness guy part time, I take pride in monitoring our teams physical fitness according to their perspective position, from what I saw on Saturday night Florida was a bit stronger and faster than us, now maybe our guys need another year in this s&c program to get the full affect of it, but from I saw they had more push up front and there were faster. Seeing that we have just as much talent as them it has to be player development.
**** off with your LA fitness idiocy. Thanks for the laugh on a monday!Get a grip, I heard of monday morning quartebacking, but monday morning fitness bro is on another level
Eh on the dean frierson comment. We need to use frierson more on blitzes and stuff, he can be an impact player. I know He was expecting help over the top so that deep pass wasn’t just necessarily on him but frierson looked pretty twitchy on that tfl he had .I didn't want to be the first to say it. I wouldn't exactly say stronger but their bodies are structured a lot better. An example would be Patchan and Zuniga--Patch looks like a senior that just started training while the Gator looks like a rocked-up senior. Their DB Dean is built in the same mold as Frierson but looks twitchier and moved around easier.
The only thing the OP has developed is a pair of ***** ****.Well, as a part time fitness guy y’all should know the impact a D1 SC program has on players for 3-4 yrs. Maybe you should spend more time. A 18/19 year old in probably their first really workout program this summer against most guys that had 2-3 years in one and are older those things will appear. He’s either trolling or ignorant. Part time trainer. LMFAO. What athletes have you trained op? He thinks periodization is using punctuation. ******* guy doesn’t know the difference between a bench press and a French press. Ol curls in the squat rack *** OP.
