Ryan Williams: I'll say it again

I think Kaaya should play the first half and Williams the second. Sure Kaaya needs the reps but if he gets hurt it affects us next season. We should be able to win a game with our 2nd string QB playing a half of football.

Wats funny about that? Ryan would have probably done much better than a regular true freshmam QB

Kaaya was the best QB in the ACC this year.

How would Whitey Checkdown have outplayed him exactly?

Lol who believes that Kaaya was the best QB in the acc besides delusional UM fans?

The only reasons he won rookie of the year was because Watson stayed hurt... lol what did Kaaya do to be better than Winston or Brissett?

Threw for more TD's and less INT's than Winston. You probably think that O'fairy deserves the Mackey more than Warlord does...idiot.

Actually Clive is the best TE in the country imo but you got to be kidding me calling me an idiot becuase Kaaya threw a couple more meaningless TDs against Cincy and Famu that now hes a better QB than a heisman winner of a two year undefeated team??

Lol this must be the twilight zone with all this delusional stuff about the "great" Kaaya smh

Kaaya is guarantee not to show up for the 2nd half anyway so its really a stretch to call Ryan Williams a "2nd string" QB more like 4 quarters qb.

Kayaa may not be the QB at UM. He will have to hold off a really athletically gifted QB in Malik Rosier. The staff wanted to use Rosier this year but was afraid of burning his redshirt because of the loss of Olsen.

You see the reports that the coaches will create plays for Malik Rosier next season. He has a stronger arm than Kayaa and can run like a receiver. For all those thinking Kayaa is the man better pay close attention this spring because Malik Rosier is that good.

I woukdnt be surprised if this happens.... lol at ppl thinking Kaaya has done enough to be our guaranteed qb goinh forward smh.

Kaaya led the ACC in TDs, passer rating, yards per attempt, 2nd in total yards, 6 less INTs than Jameis, 618 more yards than Brissett.

Any other questions?

Yeah he also had a worse completion percentage than both.... Kaayas completion percentage is around Stephen Morris level but aye hes the "best"???

He also threw for around 1000 yards less than Winston.... and also led the acc in least impact plays least meaningful plays and least plays made in the 2nd half.

The only reason Kaaya didnt throw 20 interceptions which he was on pace for was because coley saved him by adjusting the offense.

How can a freshman QB that couldnt hit any of our WRs all season be the best QB in any conference?

Winston needed 75 more attempts to throw for only 597 yards more than Kaaya, which again is still less yards per attempt than Kaaya. Brissett and Kaaya were within 1 percentage point in completion percentage.

Kaaya was on pace for 20 INTs but only threw 11, well Coley must be a miracle worker. All those cheap TDs and all those INTs not thrown. Should probably had at least 5 more TDs too if he didn't have so many drops.

If Brad Kaaya is not the QB for Miami next year then I promise I will never be a fan again. Anyone that believe Rosier could beat him out is an idiot. Don't really know how anyone can say he "choked" or isn't clutch, he hit Berrios in the end zone for a TD that was dropped, hit Stan Dobard on the seam for a 30+ yard gain that was fumbled, what else do you want him to do?

Yes, I want Rosier to challenge him at QB, it will only make him better. But Rosier enrolled early and Kaaya did not. Rosier still couldn't beat him out or even come close to doing that. The only reason they are suggesting these packages for him is to add another dimension to our offense that Kaaya doesn't bring. More than likely it is also to keep Rosier happy and not transfer because if Kaaya was to get hurt and Lawson doesn't come we are ****ed.

I cant have a convo with anybody that thinks Brad 2 quarters Kaaya is a better qb than a heisman winner of an undefeated team smh

Smh look at all these pathetic excuses.... kaaya fans have replaced Golden fans when it comes to excuses and lowered expectations.

Oh noez a wr dropped the ball what else is Kaaya suppose to do?? How about command the huddle, instill confidence in your players, oh and instead of constantly going into a shell how about get out there and try to make another play.

Think i care about if a wr drops a ball? So what, if Kaaya could hit the receivers more than missing them then maybe they would be use to catching the ball.

And for the record lol the only thing Kaaya fans bring up is the Berrios drop, look it was Kaayas fault Berrios dropped it... it was placed at a terrrible spot only calvin johnson could have caught it and since Kaaya knew that Berrios is the opposite of Calvin Johnson but still over threw it well past his height range, whose fault is thst?

I know everyone but Kaaya right? The only two recievers he ever threw it too was Dorsett and Berrios and he missed more big play opportunities with his throws than the wrs did by not catching it.

Kaaya put up great numbers coming into a season with no experience. Some would point out that he struggled in second halves but isn't it a coincidence all of Al Goldens teams struggle in the second half? Is it Kaaya's fault the coaches made no adjustments and were figured out in the second half? Nope. I can see why our fans hate our coaches, they should. However, the fans that trash players like Kaaya and Duke should find another team.

I can think of 2 for sure Td's that Coley dropped, Walford also dropped a 30+ yard pass in the FSU game, Berrios's drop, Dobard's fumble. There's a reason Kaaya was Semper Fidelis all american and Rosier wasn't. Kaaya easily could have thrown for 30 TDs this year

Al Golden teams dont show up but Stephen Morris made plays in 4th quarters before.... NcState game for the win and made a number of clutch plays against GT late for the win.

My point is its really odd for a QB to be so timid as Kaaya was in entire 2nd halves of play.... and smh at anybody who thinks thats just a growing phase.

All I'm trying to say is that if you think Ryan Williams, who already sucked at Memphis, was a 2 star recruit, can't throw anything more than a checkdown/floating pass to start with, would have been any better 6 months off of ACL surgery than Kaaya then you are clueless.

The only game Kaaya could be described as timid in the second half was the FSU game. However, FSU figured out the offense and they took the middle of the field from Kaaya. Coley never countered with adjustments. Nebraska and GT, Kaaya still made plays but the defense sucked. Pitt and UVA can't be put on Kaaya since the whole team quit and the kid was on his back every play.
