It sounds like he may have had a slight set back with leg based on his comments, I wish him the best.

I didn't see any hint in his comments that he may have had a set back.

Listen to the beginning of the video where talks about he didn't just want to come out in a t-shirt with whistle. So now he is just doing the best he can with limited action. That is a different from the miracle recovery pace that Golden has been preaching about. This is why I said it sounds like a slight set back in his recovery.

It's surprising that he's running at all at this point. If he had ANY set back at all, I doubt you would see him on the practice field. Medical staffs are extremely cautious with rehabbing injuries today. Ryan is coming along just as expected from all indications.
 
Probably being held out because they are in pads today and starting to make contact. Hence the few scuffles...

The way Al Golden was speaking about Williams it made it seem as if he was recovered enough to be serviceable from Week one and to make a serious run at reacquiring the starting QB spot. I also agree that Williams recovery to this point has been in that 1% miraculous realm, which I applaud for the super human rehab effort he must have put into his recovery.

Wish him the best. Idk if he'll even see the field this year. Could have before the injury. Always a Cane, guy is a hard worker. Wanted it bad and still does. Hope for a speedy recovery.
