Rumor: Urban to Step Down

I think he steps down for health reasons, then suddenly takes the USC job with a pay raise. Easier conference and he could win natties with the SoCal talent.
 
lol @ all the fuggaloz on here throwin shade at and denouncing the Cryer, knowin good and **** well you'd be the first to fellate him if he were to be our next HC.

the president forced the bot to suspend him three games. he doesn't like being called out, ever. he's as good as gone. agent contacts the browns. browns fire head coach. fake slow pointless head coaching search begins and we wait for the season to end. if osu is in the playoffs, the browns wait. if not, urban leaves before the bowl game. who's the new Ohio state head coach? someone needs to hold the recruiting class together. lol just another day in the world of college football.

What reason would he step down for? Unless he's getting pushed out the door by their BOT, which I find extremely hard to believe considering they didn't even want to suspended him to begin the season.

And I don't believe for one second it has anything to do with "health issues" either.

I already said it in my thread that Urban likely wont be at OSU for much longer.

There was a time I could only hope he would coach here, now I wouldn't want him associated with the program in any way. He is like a cruise ship, comes steaming though looking great at the moment, but leaves a wake of **** behind it.

I want number 6 and don’t care what it takes! If Urban can bring that then he’s who I want. You can continue being happy with the “good guy” coaches clappy, onion, fatso and Richt if you want. I want to win!

Wouldn’t surprise me. Just look at how he left Florida when they were on top. Some people stay at a job for a few years and then bounce. It’s the type of man he is.

Dude is not a lifer anywhere he goes.

If he’s offered the Browns job, good chance he takes it IMO

Urban done at the collegiate level, no AD can touch him, moving on to coach in NFL - Cleveland Browns
