God, that was a gruesome injury, I remember that sickening moment when he didn't get up like it was yesterday.
Willis went on to rush for nearly 9000 yards in the league, no easy feat in the modern era where RB's have been deemphasized.
The kid can persevere and make it back if Willis and Frankie could.

Obviously sucks, but I don't think this stops him from potentially starting next year if he keeps up the hard work and rehab goes well. That how he needs to look at this and attack rehab imo. We have 3 seniors at 2 LB spots this season. Next year these spots are going to be completely open, and He should be healthy before summer starts. As long as he keeps the mental part on lock, I think he'll be our guy to replace Pink next year still.
 
Sad way to create a big opportunity for someone else, but its there for the taking, we really need to nail our lb commits this cycle

This kid is a special talent. Please tell him that the fans love him and that we are praying for him and most importantly that we know he will overcome this and be better and stronger.

Exactly. Everyone somehow has overlooked that Manny was not a good recruiter at DC/LB. we have no one behind our starters.

As long as he has supporters like you and the family, the players, the coaches, that should help him with the recovery process... But recovery is indeed a journey and I'm praying for a speedy recovery for ya boy 🙏🏾💪🏾✊🏾💯

Either you can't read or you simply chose to lie. My "response" was motivated by HERD comments attacking Manny Diaz for not recruiting enough linebackers because you Cats have to always be complaining and degrading the program, instead of solely focusing on a heartbreaking injury to a good kid.
