Please show me where anyone said Sabans staff is average. I think the previous poster was simply stating that 5 star recruits, for the most part, make coaches look better. And that's fine. So how does Mario look when he doesn't have 5 star recruits? **** it, I can do better than that. How did Mario do in Miami? Our OL, under Mario, was not as impressive as Bama's OL this season. Our fans should stop pretending he is this coaching genius.

Why does the nations number 1 recruiter named by every single recruiting service have to worry about not having talent? What your saying is it's impossible to evaluate Mario yet Saban coaches get hired everywhere. I keep hearing how easy it is to recruit for Alabama yet Alabama works harder and spends more than anyone on recruiting and now we hear because of all the talent it easy to coach them at some point you either have to trust Saban's knowledge in who he hires and retains or you have to trust the results the coaches produce. Every other school does yet our board uses both sides of the argument to push a self serving hate bashing agenda.
