I have no idea where the source is, so obvi take with a grain of salt, but just checking to see if anyone else has heard anything close to this?

- By 2022 season, there will be player turnover in key positions
- Some current coaches are uncomfortable with job security and will likely leave*

It's sad how much further back the powers that be will set this team by not making the decision everyone expects them to make.

In today's CFB, tampering as we knew it doesn't exist. Think you're going to shelf a 5star DT, then be prepared for the same schools he turned down to pop back up. Same with coaches. Say what you want about names like Lashlee, TRob, Likens, Field, and Hickson but they shouldn't have a problem finding work.

Delaying the inevitable only keeps this program in the hands on the people who have shown themselves to be inept. Pull the bandaid already!!!!

Like I’ve been saying for weeks. The moves they are allegedly making are not being done by choice. If it wasn’t for the outside noise the bot and the school could care less if we become the wake forest of the acc. And no I’m not talking about this year’s WF.
A school and an athletic department that actually knows anything about football and cared about it would’ve already given walking papers and been transparent to the fans the coaches and recruits.
I’ve never seen the state of this program be thrown into such turmoil and distrust. The lack of forward thinking and awareness of what this is doing to any future success is mind blowing.

As far as Manny is concerned he didn’t learn anything from cmr.


Manny reminds of this quote:
“Beware of who you let on your ship, because some people will sink the whole ship simply because they can’t be the captain.”
 
Even the coaches are bailing. They aren't even trying to turn it around. I wonder how many of our coaches know Manny is clueless.

I guess those few fans left, still hoping this will turn around, are going to finally come to terms with the inevitable.

ALL the coaches know he's clueless. Even the young guy's have been around other staffs to know this is a joke. Only one that thinks this is normal is Patke.
 
Going to be interesting to see where TROB lands next year, sure as **** won’t be back at Miami. I wonder if his reputation suffers because of some of the rumors going around.
