Ruiz Securities Deal Approved

Initial valuation was $33-35 Billion. That is a SPECULATED VALUE based on future earnings of the company. Ruiz owns 70% of the stock. A very small % of the total stock was sold and it couldn't support the initial "strike point" price. If the rest of the stock were put on the market for sale the price would plummet and it would become a penny stock in a second. He is NOT worth $20 billion based on the value of his 70% ownership ... if you tried to sell it on the market.

His course of action is to focus 100% on the MSPR operating company in order to GENERATE REVENUE and EARNINGS in line with the projections made in his securities registration. THEN the market value will improve on the current shares that are being traded (float), potential increase significantly in value, and the potential will then exist for him to sell additional stock from his holdings in order to "take out cash". Right now it's all on paper and MSP needs to perform from an operational standpoint.

Right, this is what that clown on Twitter didn’t understand. First of all the stock price drop yesterday didn’t affect any average investor because an average investor isn’t going to be even looking at this. Secondly, from this point forward, it’s all about whether this company succeeds in its business model or not. In any event, as it stands right now, Ruiz has enough money, and plenty to spare, to fund many ventures including NIL. And that’s all I care about.

Actually it was the Lionheart board that agreed to the combination of MSP Recovery into their organization ... basically a type of merger ... with a change of the listed stock abbreviation. Now it is up to J. Ruiz and company to start converting "assigned recovery claims" into recovered payments to the US Government, and pull in his 20% service fees. His original listing documents stated that the "Claims Recovery Portfolio" had a volume of $50 Billion in erroneous insurance payments ... and the government is making more every day.
Cycle will never end

He's now worth billions idk how many but set aside even half a billion and that is 25-30 million for a recruiting class for the next 15-20 years :)

He is not. He is worth billions if you believe the forward-looking revenue projections; it's entirely speculative. He's only worth billions IF the SPAC meets/exceeds those revenue projections, which 1) may take some time, as this market is a mess right now, and 2) the SPAC doesn't go bankrupt.

These were my concerns from the start. Ruiz is and will always be wealthy enough to continue handing out NIL deals, but this is all funny money at this point. And the SPAC is down 27% in pre-market trading this morning.

This is spot on. Ruiz may not be a billionaire; and that's fine! He is still wealthy enough to help the program and that's all that matters. But you point out that the "projections" of his net worth may not be what he claims they are, and you get buried on this board.

Wealthy? Yep. Buying the Dolphins? GTFOH.

People sometimes fear what they don't understand, and there may be some porsters who don't understand the stock market. I for one don't claim to be an expert. Perhaps if someone puts it in CiS terms it may help?

We still fuccin?

If you are going to comment positively or negatively on Ruiz and MSPR going forward, this (in it's entirety) is required reading so you can ay least pretend you know what you're talking about.

It actually isn’t rocket science. It’s now about execution.

The whole reason(most times) you go public is to generate money to expand your business. So its not uncommon for companies to make massive leaps like that in revenue. Not to mention even if he doesn't hit that, its not that big of a deal. Its a marathon not a sprint. He has many years to build this thing up if he needs it.

I think it’s done tanking. If they can make $1B a year with minimal overhead, the stock could sit at $3-$4 bucks thru the end of the year.

That’s 2:1 on your investment potentially.
