Move West Lab, right off US1 and next to Metro….whatever. Doubt it happens, but if your moving a school that makes more sense than CGHS. That would be a nightmare with Bird Rd and the residential density.

Exactly. I went to games in Auburn, State College, Fayetteville and Columbia this year, traffic horrible and this stadium be lot less capacity.

I do remember seeing plenty of construction in the rear along Riviera the past few years. I saw them building a new wing, but the main portion of the building looks the same from the exterior.

What’s overrated? I love that location. That’s practically a campus stadium and a we got the grove down the street.

Yeah, a small elementary school….much smaller than CGHS is the same as moving MIA. It’s actually much more reasonable than moving CGHS. CGHS is surrounded by residential on three sides and commercial/mall on the other. West Lab is next to an open field, the UM campus, and US1…only Residential is off Granada with a decent buffer. Makes more sense to me.
