The rumor yesterday that Mario had talked to Wesley B helping with his decision to commit confirmed it.At least to me.

If these two are going to be our future and the money Is going to be there to bring in an elite staff then let’s get going.We have 9 days remaining until ESD to save and put together whatever is left of the recruiting class.Hopefully several of the studs Mario had in line to sign with OU will follow Mario to the “U” like several of the top OU commits did with Riley.

A top 20 ranking this year would be outstanding considering the timeline everyone will have had to work with.After this year I expect Marios classes to be in the top 10.

Multi million dollar booster Marcus Lemonis has just received enough retweets to donate all the money required to make Cristobal the highest paid coach in college football history.

I don’t know if any coaches would take a demotion from head coach to DC and stay at the same school. Has that ever happened? Coaches have too much pride to do that and why would you pay a DC head coach money or why would the coach accept DC money when there is a rumored $9 mil buyout? Just doesn’t make sense to keep him. Not to mention how bad he was as our DC this year. Just cut ties and move on.

This. Rad is the more important piece to this than Mario to be honest. If Mario declines and we are willing to pay 8 mil per year I think we can get a good coach.

I have to remind myself that many on here consider this “Done”…. So a “Done” deal may not be what you thing it is ..!!

Agreed but there's no effing way Dabo takes $10M to go anywhere. He could probably get almost double that with how crazy things have been over the past couple of weeks.

I was being sarcastic and illustrating the absurdity of all the excuse makers who said we had to wait until December 1st to fire manny due to a buyout rumor. that came and went and he’s still our coach.
