it’s all relative ain’t it? It wouldn’t take calling Mahomes a bottom 1/3rd qb in the nfl to be ****ting on him now does it? If you say Mahomes is anything but top 4 you are ****ting on him. Pretty simple logic wouldn’t you say?

lol I swear this is a good example of like weaponized incompetence or something. Click the thread I linked. I’m sure you’ll be able to read your comments and my replies. It absolutely started reasonable. We can have disagreement on who has the better DLine. But don’t for a sec pretend you weren’t acting like it’s crazy for anyone to rank us above Clemson DLine or that saying Parker and Woods are the clear best by a mile isn’t a shot at Bain… like come on

also I’m not even saying you’re super negative about our team/DLine in general. But come on dawg.

So, still no proof? Just link the EXACT comment of me ****ting on Bain. Please, I’m begging you. I’m begging you to link it so the rest of the board can see how thin skinned and ******* sensitive you are. Please, do I need to venmo you or something?

Again, if me saying Clemson’s DL is better than ours and/or Woods/Parker > Bain is ****ting on our DL/Bain then that’s on you. You need some thicker skin.

I’m still waiting on the comment that said “our DL has no hope of even being a top 25 unit”. Probably a better chance of my deceased granny digging up Jimmy ******* Hoffa than getting that.

I did not in anyway misrepresent what you said. Hey maybe you didn’t intend for it to be crapping on Bain. But just read your entire comment chain comparing Clemsons DLine to ours and ask yourself if you are at all acting like it’s reasonable for anyone to view us as having a better line than them? Hmm. Tough to think you’ve gone through life without comprehending exaggeration. Tell me if I had said top 12-16 (so cfp caliber) would that make you happy or change the argument in anyway?

Ok brother. Now we are getting somewhere. No, it wasn’t my intention to “****” on Bain saying that. I’m sorry your little heart couldn’t take me strongly expressing my opinion with the “by a mile” comment. I won’t say it again, I pinky promise. Send this to Bain too, I don’t want his feelings to get hurt too.

At least I now know you didn’t actually mean to say that Bain wasn’t on their level when that was EXACTLY the statement I was arguing against…lol my exact argument was saying you were trippin for acting like it wasn’t up for debate.

Everyone keeps acting like all these other programs so CLEARLY have better units than us. I’m not arguing/calling people haters who are saying I think X rates #1, we are #7 because XYZ player. What I’ve been talking about is people just saying we aren’t on the bama/osu/iba/texas/nd/clemson/etc level when it’s complete made up bs. Especially when they make it out to be poor recruiting results, which is objectively false. Clearly most of the people that **** on our line just don’t believe our coaches are developing well… pretty simple

Maybe the focus of concern should be on DT. Since we can't discuss injuries, Moten is just never mentioned because he always has a issue. He really has no production. Did you notice people mentioning, Blay looking better when pads came on in Spring? He was a disappointment in Spring and small. You can't mention that, like injuries. We are counting on Scott with absolutely no production and the drop-off after those 3 is big. Their should be plenty of concern at DT, again. If 1 of those 3 have an injury, start praying.
Their is no issue at DE or Edge. Bain doesn't play Edge. Mesi will play out of position again at Edge. That could hurt us some, he did drop some weight, though. Bryant, Lightfoot and Booker fill the Edge depth nicely. No concern. Several DE's have dropped noticeable weight. I think Bain has dropped the most, around 20 lbs. No concern.
Toure is moving around, (not a Mike to begin with) so we don't have that guy at Mike behind the DT concern. Thomas needs to clean up his tackling behind all that. I am counting on Heatherman to develop, scheme and play package this D up. He does have a lot of players to throw different packages at opponents.
Now if someone is bothered by any of that truth, I don't know what to tell you.
 
Bain is a top-5 D-lineman in the country when healthy, and in my opinion, many NFL draft boards rank him as a top-25 prospect.
