Fletch is definitely not a JAG but the projection isn't too far off. Power backs with average speed who provide little-to-no threat in the passing game are usually taken on day 3.

I don't think there is any Miami hate. If anything, they see how the progrum is run and would take a Cane over a guy from a run of the mill SEC school.

I don't think these people realize either the value of Bain getting knockback play after play for 60 minutes. A winning rep for Bain doesn't need to be a sack or pressure.

Its doubtful that alone replicates or replaces the havoc that Bain/Mesidor caused.

Do we have a talented group? Yes.
Deep? At DT sure, not so much at DE.

You have to factor in how dominant our secondary may be. QBs will hold the ball longer if their WRs are locked down. Our DL will be juuust fine.

The NFL loves traits so much that a guy like Shemar Stewart is a first rounder even if he was never a game wrecker in college. Then guys like Bain fall because of arm length, but you watch him play against top competition and he absolutely dominates.

Idiots didn't even consider the dudes he went against every day in practice. Bain is one of the most NFL ready DEs I have seen in my lifetime, and idiots didn't draft him.
