He said an incident happened, NFL teams are looking at it closely and that was pretty much it. Kept it extremely vanilla.

If you want to be mad at someone, be mad at the NFL personnel leaking this story to the media now. Don't be mad at the reporter for doing his job.

Hate to break it to you, but I can (and will) absolutely be mad at the reporter for "doing his job," which was to portray Bain in a negative fashion.

Beg to differ. Lobby for him to win the Pulitzer. Whatever floats your boat.

The incident was a matter of public record. The reporter wrote a news story. You projected the negativity because it is a sad story that doesn't make anyone look good.

Where did you get the idea that the news was only about portraying people in a positive fashion?

I don't actually think it makes Bain look that bad. He will be fine. I just think it is news worthy and the fanbase is upset because it happened to our team instead of someone else.
