And this is what I think actually happened here. Not some giant conspiracy. NFL teams have been aware of this for a long time. It’s been making its way through NFL and NFL media circles for weeks / months until it got to a guy who wanted to make a name for himself and giving him the benefit of the doubt wasn’t aware of the family’s wishes

Pretty nasty work here, guy went ahead against the decedent’s family’s wishes. There’s nothing here besides the fact that he was potentially at fault for a traffic accident.

Careless Driving is im pretty sure one of the type of charges that you can pick up for quite literally anything on the road if a cop wants to pull you over. And in an accident where you hit someone, that could always be the bare minimum charge if they want to...

Yeah lets not do all of that. Game is game he aint the one that was in the incident. Do I think its honest reporting nah and going against the family wishes sucks but it is a huge story and is pretty crazy that it's just coming out now.

Right, he could have changed lanes into someone in his blind spot, lost control at 70ish mph, and tragedy happened. I could be wrong but that’s such a simple charge in regard to an accident. From what I’m reading, and based on the families comments, **** that reporter.
