Careless and not reckless?? Seems to me like the crash was a true accident epically with no criminal charge. Shouldn’t be a big deal

It was at 4 am and no field sobriety test was done, sad situation but this is only coming out so it will spook a few teams out so he can fall.

True no tests and just a ticket leaves me to believe it was just a true accident. Teams should see it as any other traffic offense

Probably will be hit with a civil suit and that might scare some teams off since they don’t want to deal with the distractions of that.

But if he wasnt under the influence, I don't see how this raises character concerns.

I also.would not be surprised if he faces a wrongful death lawsuit after he gets drafted.

No big deal as in it was most likely just a crash where someone died. Unfortunate but it happens all the time

I mean teams are doing backgrounds right now on players they’re about to invest millions in. Some team probably found it and passed the info around and it intentionally or unintentionally got leaked

Story is what it is, he is still going to get drafted and it doesn't sound like he was at fault, but getting popped a second time for careless driving AFTER something like this is a tough look.
