As elite as he is at rushing the passer he’s equally if not better at setting the edge and playing the run…

Which makes him a problem… a serious one.

I did notice from those clips that when Miami lines him up way outside, it tended to give Sayin more time to throw and he completed a decent amount of those passes. Bain is too strong for most OL so I think it’s better to have him bulldoze straight ahead then regularly put him out wide and have him go the long way around the offensive tackle to get to the QB.

Against Ole Miss we MUST rotate more in the 2nd and 3rd quarter. We need him and mesidor to close it out in the 4th

Not to be captain obvious but it would be nice to have some kinda decent lead for a decent stretch of the game…

But agreed Pickett, Lightfoot, Blount, Scott, and blay have got to get production/pressures to give those two at least a series off.

I was about to say the wide 9 gives him a one on one where he can solo the tackle. Sometimes it doesn’t work if the QB gets the ball out quick. But you like the match up with his pass rush moves to beat the tackle
