Ruben Bain Hack-a-Shaq

Call it and they will stop holding, and have to adjust their game plan to stop him. Allowing them to hold is flat out cheating. End of discussion. It's like letting some teams jump offsides because they need an advantage. Or calling PI every time a WR drops a pass, you know, because they need some help. No. Call the **** holding every time you see it. The team with the better players deserve to have their better players dominate, not get equalized by the other team cheating. F all of that, and F the coaches who cry about holding being called.

This is what I always say. People keep saying "be good enough so that the ref's wont matter". Well, it fcking matters if the other team can tackle your receivers all game and the refs never call a single PI.

Been saying this all season! Sell it! Scream at the ref to call a holding! Make the flag signal over and over! Do something ****!!
Bain is so good, that he still has a legit chance of making a play while in the process of being held. He’s probably not thinking of selling the hold, which would most likely take away is chances of having an impact on the play.

Absolutely. There is no beating the refs if they are serious about beating you. I think they are cheating just enough to influence the outcome juuuust enough, if you know what I mean.

By the way, the over under was 48.5. Maybe that explains Miami going faster trying to score a TD at the end of the Stanford game than they did against Louisville. Make THAT make sense.

I couldn't believe the lack of holding flags on the RT last night. How many times did he have his arm around Bain's neck? Geez, ACC refs.
the minute it started raining they couldn't hold us and the game became the first 5 weeks of the season. In the first half it was a hold fest. Once they couldn't hold everyone started to generate a pass rush

It's been going on since joining the ACC. And its getting worse and worse each year. It stands out clearly game by game, year by year. I hope Miami is pressuring the ACC to do something about it. And not being nice about it.

Yeah, but that doesn't explain our pathetic O in the first half. Man, that was hard to watch.
The second half we were calling it the same the OL began to impose their will. They weren’t missing blocks and weren’t whiffing as much. I mean that’s how I saw it

It rained so one team was able to hold less and one was able to hold more (essentially what good run blocking is, a hold)?

I would love for the athletic dept to be stacking up receipts for our exit then dumping a comprehensive indictment on outright cheating in the acc over a 25 yr period to the feds and completely disband the whole ******* conference otw out.

Anyone want to do some still shots of these holds/tackles? If you want to change things, you need to get proof posted and sent to the right people.
