Taking this seriously for a moment --

What makes you think Richt will change his play calling to reflect Rosier's strengths?

He has shown himself to be a really stubborn play caller at times this season.

Honestly, what would he have to change? The option for the qb to run is already there. Kayak just can't use it because he's not athletic enough.

I don't see why not....rosier puts up more points than Kaaya last night. Kaaya can't move! He cannot move...he looks like he's out there minus two ACLs. I have never seen anything like it. He must have severe knee damage or something. He can barely run on and off the field.

How many dual threats are in the top 10?

First, easier to count how many are not....but it's not dual threat. He CAN NOT ******* move. I legitmately wonder if he can throw from under center. I don't think he can drop quick enough. I think he's hiding some kind of knee injury.

Not this crap again. Rosier was almost beat out for the back up job by Testaverde who was a non recruited walk-on at Texas Tech before transferring here. Let that sink in for a moment.

That is not close to being True. Testeverde is the 5th QB. Came down to Rosier and Shireffs.

Guess you haven't been around much or go to the spring game. Worst post ever.

It'll never happen, but I'd like to see Rosier in there next game against NC. If Richt is going to continue to refuse to take shots down the field, Rosier is just as capable of throwing slants and fire passes all day long. This offense needs another dimension and Rosier can provide that by keeping defenses honest with the threat of the QB run. And can also mask the offensive line woes with rollouts and such. Something Kaaya simply cannot do. If your QB cannot move your already at a huge disadvantage in today's game. Even Alabama has figured that one out.

Or we can ride or die with kaaya to another 8-4 season. That's pry best. Wouldnt wanna hurt his draft stock. Since that's all this fan base cares about is getting players to the nfl. NFLU this NFLU that

Someone that cares should post Rosier's stats from the end of last year when he played full games to see how he actually did when the lights were on. We all know Clemson was a blood bath, but I don't remember him being shook. I don't remember him being great either.

I agree with OP, but only spot play Rosier in certain spots. College and the NFL game are evolving around mobile QBs and Bradd is killing us especially with our enept oline play.

Short memories:

Back Shoulder NFL quality throw? Check
Arm Strength even when throwing off back foot? Check
More excited than current starter, who looks like he is eating limberger cheese while playing and on the sidelines? CHECK!!!!!!

Wrong: Malik Rosier, Vincent Testaverde emerge as Miami Hurricanes backup QBs | Canes Watch

No surprise. But this might be: coach Mark Richt named redshirt sophomores Vincent Testaverde and Malik Rosier the lead contenders for the backup role behind Kaaya.
