Rosier Running the 1s Today

Camron Davis 2nd string

Different board, but this is y losing a Crowley hurts. U gotta take a QB and RB every cycle. Two of the most unpredictable positions on O either from an injury stand point or performance.

He’s looked pretty bad every time he’s played.
Serioulsy bruh, why even have a conversation if you're going to be this close minded.

I’m not even sure what you’re arguing with me about. I think Rickety is garbage, and so do you. I think he makes good players look like **** because of his system just like Doritos and Folden did. You feel the same way.

I just don’t get your caping for Perry like he’s some sort of automatic. He looked like a clogged toilet against a horrible Puke team that Pitt put 54 on the week prior. He’s looked pretty bad every time he’s played. He was horrible in the scrimmages too.

Both known options at QB are garbage. To claim one is a significantly better option than the other reeks of “I put all my chips on Perry two years ago and have dug my heels in on him to keep my rep as a football genius.” I’m good with taking my chance with one of the unknown options because both known options stink like vomit right now.

Chise I haven't dug in my heels on Perry. **** anyone can go through my post history and I've never made a single post about Perry until three weeks ago when I felt like wreck it Richt ***ed the kid over in the UVA game. I honestly didn't care who the young qb was that got the call if it was Jarren or even Cade in Perry shoes I'd be posting about them the same way because enough is enough. So you say the scheme/coach sucks and the player sucks then you haven't actually identified what you feel the main problem is (well you have but you're still trying to toe the line on both sides). It can't be both when you trying to fix a problem. To properly fix a problem its always going to be process of elimination my dude.

We know that a garbage system will make good players look like trash (just chose any number of players on defense under No'D). We also no a garbage player will still look like garbage in a good system (just look at our defense whenever Knowles is in). But saying the system is garbage and the players are garbage is like saying what came first the chicken or the egg. You have to identify one as the root problem and fix that first. The fact that you want Jarren or Cade in now means you obviously think the players may be the root problems and one of them may not "stink like vomit". If one of them doesn't "stink like vomit" then that mitigates the coaching issues which "I" believe to be the real problem with the offense. I'm 1,000,000% over throwing kids on a conveyor belt waiting for the perfect one to come down and conceal the issues created by stupid older men.

Besides like I said in my previous post the quote by D was very disturbing. If D felt at the time that wreck it Richt was shoving Kaaya...KAAYA, down or throats because the backup couldn't do what Richt wants his QB to do. then what does that say about the fact that he keeps shoving vomit down our throats now? Maybe that's why we're kicking the tires on an inaccurate QB that quit on his team in the middle of the season because he couldn't beat out a Freshman QB in a QB friendly system.

If you can’t acknowledge that a player is playing terribly (Rosier and Perry) AND the coach sucks, then let’s just stop spinning our wheels with each other.

I don’t see how I’m toeing any line when I am telling you Rickety is garbage, and I loathe his offense. I’m also telling you that he makes good players look bad with his **** offense. Again, where’s the line I’m supposedly toeing? I’d be ecstatic if he quits tomorrow. How’s that toeing a line? I know we’re not firing him now, so, realistically, I hope he quits.

I also know that he’s incapable of fixing our problems this season with either Rosier or Perry at QB (he’s clearly proven that by getting his *** stuffed the last 3 weeks by week teams), and I’m a UM fan. So I’d like to win another couple games and play in a bowl game. I love UM football more than anything and wait 9 months for the season. So, yeah, I’d like to see an extra game this year.

**** Richt.... And **** this whole program if they keep him.

I'm going to start watching old Canes games on Saturdays. Not watching this team until Richt is gone.

This season has got me so beat down I'm to tired to even put up a emphatic argument to not start Rosier for this game or any other game this year

Y’all quick to blame rosier but Rosier even sees they bullsh*t

“I found this interesting: Though Rosier held players available for poor execution, he seemed to question the coaching in a postgame interview with WQAM on Saturday when he said: “We’ve got to learn to change when other people change, not give people the same look

Rosier is inaccurate for sure but it’s obvious what’s going on, richts stubborn scheme has cost us 3 straight games. Where are all those quick passes in the flats that we ran a number of times under kaaya and even rosier? With the way each of the last 3 defenses played for the most part we should have moved up and down the field with that but richt keeps trying to force runs up the middle where you know our oline is weak.
I’ve said it before rosier is Just a symptom of richt.

I dont Even want Miami to Pursue Bryant because richt going to cast it off as the reason why we struggled so much was because we didn’t have capable qbs, no we struggled because of your ineptitude and lack of creativity in offensive scheme.

A story that no one is talking about is Jack Allison. If he lights the big 12 (albeit every competent qb does), and richt is still looking for answers at qb/offense. Its gonna be a huge indictment on his ability find/develop a qb. Could possibly be his downfall.

Well explained. I just haven't seen anything on the field that has made me feel like he is a star in the making. Yes, that safety look off and throw to Brevin in FSU game was fantastic. He also rifled a ball down the sideline for a long 1st down while rolling out in the game before which was a throw Rosier couldn't make if his life depended on it. But I've also seen a kid who often looks like a deer in headlights under center in games, has a tough time even getting to a 2nd read, locks into his target from the second the ball is snapped in the vast majority of times he passes, and has missed as many passes as he's made. So as of now, and that's all we've got is what we've seen so far, I haven't seen enough to jump on the bandwagon that he is some potential superstar. If it weren't the fact he is being compared to Malik's play, I'm not sure many would be feeling that way about him either. I also agree he's faced a very sh-tty situation this year, no doubt.

Great post friend. I totally get where you are coming from and I agree with your assessment that Perry still has a long way to go in learning to be a good QB. I see the potential/athletic ability the kid has but can he get it "between the years" is the question. Without seeing Williams play, all we have is Perry to look at and dissect.

I know this, I'm so sick of seeing Rosier trot onto the field. If Richt trots Rosier out in the GT game and I have to hear the same **** excuse that "he gives us the best chance to win" I'm going to start a go fund me page for Richt because I believe he has dementia or some type of mental ailment.

We will only get 8 to 10 possessions in this game so Richt needs to pick a QB and stick with them for once. I hope to god it's Perry.

I'm not rallying for Perry I'm just over the Savior **** and can see the real issue outside of Manurity isn't the QB. Go back and watch the UNC or VT games in 2016. Same **** we were seeing from the QB position then we see now, but people are trying to scapegoat Perry now. I hope when Jarren plays he is the **** savior to rescue my eyes from the garbage Wreck it Richt has inflected on them. But gun to my head I don't think the fourth string qb is going to be any different. especially when fans will just scapegoat him for the ills of the trash offense his coaches have been putting on the field for years. I honestly expected you to be ahead of the times when it came to player bashing in defense of a trash coach but right now you're playing both side chise.

I can't be mad at that. Richt is the real issue, and Jarren will fail just like every other QB we have under him either struggles or fails. Too much is wrong that affects the QB position. And the QB coach is Jr. with no experience other than being Dad's son. Putting Jarren in this offense with Richt at the helm is honestly like putting a patch or upgrade on DOS 3.1, but that won't prevent our fans from going in on him when he does fail. It all comes back to Richt though.

Agree. Though I don't have any ill will towards Malik (he is who he is which is an erratic inconsistent bad qb with a very low ceiling, but it's not his fault, he should never have been a starting qb at miami) it is beyond maddening to see him out there BECAUSE he is who he is. There is nothing left to learn about Rosier. He is a good guy but a lousy qb. And its not like he flashes greatness in between the bad play; no, its just occasional mediocre to go with the consistent terrible play.

While I'm not sold on Perry yet as I've said, I'd rather him or jarren or even cade play at this point. Seeing malik trot out there drives me insane as well.
