Virginia Tech won last night which helps us, Mississippi State lost the Egg Bowl which hurt Alabama and helps us.

For today I think Miami wants:

Logical:

Clemson win
Notre Dame win
Alabama win
Texas A&M win

Helpful:

FSU win
Syracuse win
Duke win

Greedy:

Georgia Tech win
Michigan win
West Virginia win
Minnesota win

If bama lost a close one to Auburn we SHOULD get in over one loss bama with our ACC championship but idk to be honest with committee and bama

I don't think we NEED Alabama to win today, if they lose I think they're out. Body of work is unimpressive after Mississippi State flamed out and LSU could finish with 4 losses.

Clemson winning today is the most important for sure and Notre Dame winning is 2nd most.

And yes it would be extremely helpful to have OSU lose to Michigan finally.

If Auburn beats Bama, and either Georgia of Auburn win the SEC....

We still get in as a 1 loss ACC champ. They will not keep a 1 loss ACC champ out.

Clemson will help us with a win today, but either way a 1 loss ACC champ is not getting left out.

I just don't believe the OSU logic...they lost by 30 to Iowa. I don't see a 2-loss team getting in over us if we beat Clemson unless it's maybe an SEC champ Auburn. Get out of here with Taint, that's wishful thinking by all the alums at ESPN.

Alabama and Georgia can't both finish with one loss.

Yes they would because they'd be SEC champs. Bama would be left out before they keep out a 1 loss ACC team.

Conference champs would get the nod. There's 5 of them.

Pac 10 would be left out. In all these scenarios. SEC, ACC, Big 10, and Big 12 would have teams in most likely.

A 1 loss Power 5 champ won't be left out.

Beat Clemson, win the ACC and we are in.

Shouldn't somebody be in here telling you guys you aren't "real" Canes because you care what other teams do? Where are all the "just win" guys? All of a sudden it's ok to talk about this stuff, but I distinctly recall people getting bashed earlier in the season as if rooting for/against another team meant you weren't a real fan. Like wanting the Canes to have the easiest road to the playoff possible was a bad thing.
