Ronnie Hoggins Senior Highlights

How tall is hoggins?

5'8 i believe

5'8" about right. 160+

He had over like 15 INT's this year if I can remember correctly. I stopped keeping track after awhile. IMO mistake if we do not go after him. I see him blowing up for another smaller school.

Remember Greg Reid from FSU? Bad **** who played corner, hit like a linebacker, and returned kicks. Kid was sick but liked smoking weed too much. He was about the same size.

He was a stud, spurned UGA for FSU. Was related to Jamal Reid who flamed out here.

Out of curiosity, does anyone with actual info know if he has interest? Would he commit if offered? I only ask because the other monarch boys don't seem to be too impressed with us.

Listed at 5'8/170 on Rivals.

To be perfectly honest, if the kid is listed that, usually means he's around 5-7, 160/165. Sometimes, a certain size is insurmountable in order to play high d1a at CB. Does he only play CB? Is he fast? Lots of question marks for me but to be honest, I haven't seen any highlights.

There is no way we sign two 5'7"/5'8" guys in the secondary. Irvin is the clear first choice and Hoggins would be a backup plan...plain and simple

And now that Irvin isnt coming here what now? If he could have helped with ridley/sbb why not? Worst case they do what they do with every recruit they no longer have interest in and not pick up the phone if irvin were to pick the U and ridley and sbb didnt its just simple **** nothing in depth about it. At worst you get irvin or you get ridley/sbb/hoggins if you dont get irvin or ridley and sbb hes a plan b kid or just find someone the **** else. But instead do nothing and get nothing.

IDK...5-7/155 without great speed or explosiveness. Has nice hands and ball skills in those clips, makes a lot of plays on bad/underthrown balls, but do we really want a tiny slow kid covering Rudolph/Lane etc?

Hosley for instance, was a bad miss, but he was 5-10/170 and an explosive, sub-4.5 athlete.
