Ron Dugans appreciation thread

Was shocked that he turned down the FSU job. Had most posters like myself already looking for his replacement because I thought it was a given... Dugans is an OG. Goes to show he saw that Taggert was a joke and probably would be out of a job within 3 years.

Really speaks volumes to how much these coaches appreciate working for Richt. It's been mentioned on here that Richt recognizes and prioritizes the importance of letting these coaches have some life balance and family time wherever possible. The result seems to be a staff that's bought in and grinding on the same page
