Rumor Rod Wright to Texans

This board is tripping on Joe. Joe is a good coach.

I never understood the anti-Joe narrative. Silvera, Ford and JHH were the main starters at DT the year prior. Silver left the team, Ford graduated and I have no clue what happened to Harrison-Hunte. Joe had to rebuild that group from the ground up with a second-year Taylor and a bunch of transfers. And while they weren't disruptive enough, IMHO they were the second most consistent squad on the defense after DEs (safeties made some big plays, especially Kinchens, but got burnt way too much).

We definitely underwhelmed in recruiting. But it's clear that wasn't just Joe, given he closed on the Poly kids and he's been known as a strong recruiter. I personally love his energy, and think he's going to build that group up to be great. Mario will help him land the big dawgs this cycle.

Yeah, I was asking the FSU fan what FSU people are saying about Miami.
So this…

Fist yourself*
CIS scholars have previously reviewed this topic in comments of porsts' past. With that said, I decided to take another look at the mechanics of whole-handed self-penetration.

Full Disclosure: I've had 4 rum and cokes at a party. I also downed 2 cherry mash bourbons.

A porster would need exceedingly long arms or the ability to dislocate your wrists in order to get the chevron formation of one's hand in the right position. Absent the circus freak abnormalities I've laid out above, a porster would merely only be able to press the starfish with a bottom-handed closed fist. Hardly the ideal for anyone to include stretched talents of say a Bella Donna or Animale.

I hope this clears the topic up once and for all.

You are welcome.

*ALWAYS a funny comeback

I think Mac should still give it the old college try

Agree but does JT want to be a full time position coach? Is he going to work and recruit year round despite having probably 50M in the bank already?
I heard an interview probably 2 years ago where he stated that was exactly what he wanted. "I hope it's with Miami but I will be coaching somewhere soon".

Yep, I'm ****ed about 5-7. An embarrassing 5-7 at that (Mid.Ten., Duke, FSU), and concerned that there will be no worthwhile continuity on the staff, aside from Cristobal and Mirabal - duplicates essentially. '22 shaping up as a wasted year. No free passes here. Coach needs to do better ON and OFF field. Anyone without his pedigree would have charred soles.
I dont want continuity thats not working. No D gad 5 years of continuity

Let’s get rid of Joe a week before spring ball so we can let MC interview some more …
At this rate Spring is going to be a joke, hopefully by fall everyone is in place by then.

Kind of thought something like this would happen, in an effort to get Jason Taylor on-field.

Lets hope that is what happens. It would be a net positive.

Wright is (probably) a good coach, but the only proof of his existence in Coral Gables was on the team staff page where he had a profile.

bc bes Marios boy from Oregon. the writer from the pac that Manny had on last year said Joe S was gonna be a liability recruiting wise. he did help land Mauigoa so ill give him credit or help there but other than that lol
He’s def been a liability at the HS level - but he also did help us land a potentially generational OL and his brother an impact ILB.

Also at the time, landing Jackson, Lichtenstein, Gore, and Deen isn’t nothing for the position (knowing Mario was involved heavily). Mario needs to fix HS DT recruiting and we still need a legit portal big body.
