He didn’t open up Texas recruiting lol that’s likely whyWhat domino fell at Texans for Rod Wright to leave Miami's staff?
What did he do at all? One of the quietest tenures of any Miami assistant ever.He didn’t open up Texas recruiting lol that’s likely why
Very important to remember the departures are not inheirited staff. These are members he brought with...So Mario, his right-hand man, Salave'a and Addae the only holdovers, with the latter two rumored to be on shaky ground. Wow. SIX departures, minimum.
How long til someone suggests that the upcoming season is really like Mario's first?
Not gonna lie, I'm growing more and more skeptical of this Cristobal guy. The vast majority of his staff, the staff he hired, are either gone or on shaky ground. And last season was horrific.
Yeah, so he inherited a dilapidated house. A house that required a significant remodel. But he burnt the 'effer to the ground. His choice philosophically, choosing to essentially provide NO schematic advantages to the roster in place. I really hope this process leads to success, but on-field results were worse than expected, and staffing decisions - well how much worse could they have been? Some say there are folks on this board who are never happy. Well, aside from a very good recruiting haul, what is there to be so happy about? 5-7 and in complete upheaval.
You aren't painting a good picture here...What did he do at all? One of the quietest tenures of any Miami assistant ever.
Mario absolutely **** the bed in year 1 from everything outside of recruiting. He hired a terrible staff and the on field results were even worse. He basically took a 7-8 win team and won 5 games with them. The hope is he will hit on some of his hires and bring in so much talent that we can consistently win 9/10 games regardless. So Mario, his right-hand man, Salave'a and Addae the only holdovers, with the latter two rumored to be on shaky ground. who would you choose to finish staff? keep or push out field/Salave'a/addae?Lmfao. They make it seem like all these dudes have a say in this matter. So far one dude that I know of wasn't shown the door. They don't say one word about dudes leaving from any other spot. Always some narrative.
This should be fun.Mario absolutely **** the bed in year 1 from everything outside of recruiting. He hired a terrible staff and the on field results were even worse. Rising star. Kids will miss him. Sucks.Wright was one of the biggest enigmas I’ve ever seen here lol. It was like he didn’t exist
We went 5-7 in year 1, lost to our Rivals by 50 and had to pretty much replace the entire coaching staff. Outside of recruiting how can year 1 not be considered a MASSIVE FAILURE?Every now and then your mask slips...
Done, thanks.Mods…Merge please!
