So here we are, rock bottom.
I've read about a time prior to the 80's where Miami wasnt a serious football program, and about in the mid-90's when sanctions were handed down. We had the Shapiro issues a few years back...
Nothing is lower than this in my lifetime. I have to think Miami is done as a viable power, and leadership is fine with that. They will make changes, but it will only be the bare minimum to get core supporters back in line, back into season ticket packages, back into supporting hashtags and some people will go right along with it, trying to blow smoke up everyone's @sses.
The only way out is to see FIU as a wake up call and cleanse the Athletic Department, losing to Duke might help that along.
