A rule showed be implemented that when you SIGN your letter of commitment, you should at least stay for at least 4 yrs and CANNOT opt out of a bowl games. Seems harsh but these kids need to stick with their commitment

pay the kids otherwise don't limit their right to earn a pro pay check when they satisfied the draft rule. also, the bowls don't matter so why does it even matter? they're just for fans
