Rob Likens on Joe Rose this morning

everything i've read from reporters and others watching practice indicates that it is Smith Rambo and Harley.
I agree with those 3 as our main receivers. Pope and Wiggins have been in the program for four yrs plus. They have been given opportunities by three different position coaches and during games its always the same product with them. I hope this year they prove everyone wrong when they get their opportunities, but I'm not banking on it. The optics that you've seen from both practice and games is that they are mentally fragile players who have to be coddled. My take is that at the game drop Likens is ready to move on. Next man up

The 'C word' is getting thrown around lately with regard to Smith

▪ On second-year freshman receiver Key’Shawn Smith: “Key’Shawn is fast. He’s explosive. God’s gifted him a lot... Once the consistency comes together for him we think he has a chance to be a really good football player... You can’t discount his explosiveness when you watch him play.’’

With game reps he'll get his consistency albeit of course with some ups & downs
