Give OP a break. He's clearly speaking in hyperbole. Put your agendas aside and partake in the conversation. Here, I'll start: Assuming a change is made, I think Chud is a nice candidate. Is he the best candidate? I have no idea. Clearly, he was successful here in the past. He coordinated an incredibly talented offense, which achieved their utmost potential (relatively speaking). I believe they were the number one offense in the country in 2001, and the team won a NC.

He has very little HC experience, but at least he has some. He's spent a lot of time in the NFL lately, so he can bring an NFL perspective here--which we have always tried to maintain. I've heard that he's not a big fan of recruiting. Can that be overcome with good assistants? Does he dislike the social aspect of it? Or does he dislike the player evaluation part of it?
