And people tried to talk sh*t when I said There wouldn’t be a a drop off on the dline production, maybe some of you should sit back and listen sometimesinstead of the constant fear mongering that goes on here after every season with impending departures
They should have but that’s their problem , Willis took the opportunity to be featured and ran with it, good for himI get what you're saying, but if you think a rotation of Willis/Norton/McIntosh/Bethel/Ford wouldn't have been considerably better than Willis/Bethel/Tito/Ford, you're out of your mind.
Was the DT play excellent this year? Yeah...Willis was a god**** nuclear warhead, and the other 3 kids were serviceable. But it could have should have been a LOT better, had those 2 **** for brains returned like they should have.
U know Willis was 2nd string behind RJ, and u know your father usually doesnt start the better players so I doubt Willis would be playing with the ones.
It's crazier to think with both we would've been better but yup, it would've happened.Wished they'd stayed this defense would've been better and it was great this year.
So leaving early to become a practice squad player is a good decision? Even if GW would have taken one of their jobs, they would have still gone higher in the draft this year after another year of development. Especially at DT.Made a good decision leaving early. They knew who Gerald Willis was lol. Man we going to miss Gerald Willis. Nesta you're up!
No he was pretty good as more of a plug type of DT, he would’ve been much better as a Senior working under Simpson.
Uh.......I like Simpson as a coach. But this typically goes on everywhere, particularly at DL. Every player usually gets better year-by-year.I didn’t say 1st round pick?? And he definitely wasn’t trash?? Jess Simpson is a better dline Coach than Kul and would’ve made Norton and RJ better DTs if they came back their senior years.
Lol you funny, you so much of a groupie for other schools but act like **** is different at Miami. Players get better from one year to the next....Joe Jackson and Garvin are much better than they were the year before.
No we wouldn’t have, they would have taken minutes away from willis dominating while they would be playing patty cake and having horrible run discipline. It’s no secret we improved in pass rush and especially run defense with those 2 goneIt's crazier to think with both we would've been better but yup, it would've happened.
