Riley possibility to USC

USC got their big boy pants on and actually hired a legit coach.

Miami is targeting Mario bc he played here. These 2 hires are not even close to the same
I just laugh when ppl say Miami only wants Mario cuz he played here. Like he doesn't have conference championships in a P5 conference.

I kept hinting that SC was going to be a big player in this. They hired a killer AD who was not w/ the bull chit. Fickell was their #1 target, but he’s a MW guy through & through. Once that stalled, USC’s board of regents was working w/ their AD to come up w/ 5 top names. Feelers were sent out. The LSU situation became a bidding war.

My boy have been on this.
We have better USC insiders than we do Miami. Program is dead. Fight on!

UF DONE
USC DONE
SMU DONE

The U- WAIT AND SEE AND SEE AND .....

UF, USC and SMU (lol) just hired coaches that are not playing next week. UF and USC literally in the last two hours. Come on. **** UF hired a guy who didn't seem to be anyone else's first choice.

You all need to zoom out. Do you guys just fill every crevice in your life with the assumption that wherever you don't know must be bad? Take a beat and let it play out.

If anything this helps us. Riley is a power move (that doesn't affect Miami at all btw) which is another aftershock to further show the Miami admin that we need to make a power move to keep up.

So you want a coach that would run from the first real challenge he's had since he's been there? I don't think that would play into Mario's thinking at all but I find it funny what are fans would look past.
But does it count if it’s Bruce Feldman mentioning him….

I don't think Miami can compare themselves to USC anymore. One cares and did a long but extremely calculated search, meanwhile Miami can't even start an AD search without controversy.
Definitely, I'd be willing to bet they sent out feelers to Riley's agent before they even fired Clay Helton. This didn't happen overnight...total boss move
