Yes he is. Maybe had he come home earlier our players might had lite his fires. That would have been sweet cause he is great guy.

If he's picking us to lose its more than just an educated guess, he's basically saying those boys have quit on Diaz & he doesn't have enough fortitude to fire them up enough to get them to compete in a meaningless Bowl game.

Yep. Richt can see that Mandy has already lost the locker room in Year 1. We lose to GT, Duke, FIU only because guys quit. We could have played our entire 2nd units on all sides of the ball and still beaten those teams if they had given 100%.

Look at the effort against UF, FSU and Louisville. Those were the games the kids wanted to win. They didn't care at all about the other games, and they completely checked out against FIU. That was a disgrace.

We had 5 guys quit the team over the course of the season. Not jags, but kids with talent who should have been contributors.

Richt has known all along that Mandy was in over his head, and now he's got that assholey smirk on his face as he watches us implode. And yes - La Tech will win. Gonna be a long summer.

The UF game was a 2 team fiasco, TBH. Each team was seemingly trying to lose the game.
 
Why wouldn't he pick us to lose? He was smart enough to get the **** out of Dodge last year seeing how things swung after he had them win those 15 straight. Then they proclaimed themselves "Back" and pushed in the cruise control button.

Richt probably would have gone 6-6 this year.

The advantage of one more year with Richt would have been that he would have been fired after this year. And with Manny flopping at Temple, Manny wouldn't be brought back as head coach.
 
Richt actually admitted to being part of the problem where losing bowl games is concerned. He definitely believes Diaz has loss the locker room.

Most importantly tho is that Richt needs to go home and stop working. He looks really frail, sick and moved very slow on air when he gave EJ Manuel a Christmas gift. Dude is a shell of himself.

It was sloppy as &hit without question, but they played with intensity and passion. Guys were hitting. Literally none of that for FIU. None.
