Richt needs to be the face of Miami football and nothing else. Only way any semi competent OC would agree to be here is if he has complete control of the offense.

I've always been of the camp that coordinators are the real driving force of a team's fate and we need Richt to just take a gigantic step back and let the coordinators do all the work for him.
