Richt was just raving about the offensive line talent they have brought in particularly the young guys. Said they got some guys that can move people. Was great to hear. Sounded really happy with that spot talent wise. Richt also gave some praise for Tito at dt too, said he can help us based on the summer practice work that the team does.

On the QBs he said malik was the guy, status quo with that. Seems like he thinks the young QBs can grow a lot in terms of preparation.

We have the talent on the OLine. Best it’s been in a very long time.

No excuses for not imposing our will on Defenses.

Rosier is firmly entrenched as the starter.... until he isn't.

I’ve been really happy with our oline recruiting since Richt has been here. As those guys develop we will have one of the top olines in the ACC year in and year out.

Tried to tell yall the coaches and players aint worried. These "fans" need to remove their tampons and #TTP...

Richt sounds fired up...Jaquan sounds fired up. TURNOVER CHAIN! :stormwarningflag-sm:

Encouraging what richt said about tito hopefully he can provide that dt depth and bolster it.

Although he said Malik is guy RIGHT now, he said the competition is wide open

If Malik had a stranglehold on the #1 spot, Mark would've used much more confident verbiage

As has been mentioned on here before, Malik is the QB until he slips up. Short rope

of course he will rave about the OL kids, they are HIS kids. he was left crap.

I rather have Malik Rosier as our starting QB over the other QBs at this point. He's already been through all of the highs and lows so that experience should make him a better qb this season.

I like hearing that confdence come from him about the O-line. I like that he appears to be set on most of the positions. I know he's not going to want to be rolling the dice with different combinations during that first game.

Sounds like he’s the guy for sure game 1 but I’m sure nkosi will play in those next 3 games after that

Of course Malik is the guy.
After him, Weldon will right up there battling with the others.
.

By all means let’s pray that we all have the same confidence that Richt does in the OL - if that translates into success on the line for us Game 1, then that means we will be able to rush and control the clock. As to Rosier, I still get the feeling he’s the starter against LSU but to others point...the leash is not a long one.

Nothing really new from richt .. unless Malik leaves the door wide open like he did at Pitt

I mean At this point it would be nice to have an established guy heading into fall camp so that the qb can gel and be in sync with the receivers more which is always important.

On the other hand I dont want rosier getting laxed because of this news today and If he knows he’s in a true competition then he would work even harder to keep that spot.

As long as those young guns get some experience this year, roll with the o.g. until they can take over.

Malik is the starter win, lose or draw.

Whoever the QB2 is will only play late 2nd half vs Savannah St & FIU, that's it.

Richt not pulling Malik after a bad game, that would defeat the purpose of starting him in the first place. He's sticking with Rosier come **** or high water.

And I'm fine with that, just better not hear the same old excuses as always if things don't go right.
