Richt on radio today

My thing is where is Richt's fire and desire to win. He doesn't even look like he is mentally into the games on the sideline. He showed no anger towards LSU wr getting the phantom catch call setting them up for the 1 yd touchdown run. Saban would of chewed the refs a new one until they reviewed the call. Saban fights for his team as much as he ***** on them when they mess up. That's what coaches with fire do. Where is Richt's fire

People are not ceding that warning appropriately, if he does not win the coastal in his third year all while not producing a starting QB it will be more than message board banter questioning his job security...

And I'm going to say this again, regardless of who starts at QB....if Richt doesn't beat that ****** *** FSU team at home, it's going to be a **** show.

At the beginning of Qtr 2, we better see Perry back there.
Zero reason not to.

Speaking of N'Kosi.
This dude HAS to realize his time is NOW.

This. Miami needs N'Kosi Perry to be what we all thought he could be when he was recruited. This team will go as far as the quarterbacks will take us.

This is his retirement tour. He's like Kareem Abdul Jabbar in his last season, touring the country shaking hands, being lavished with praise and gifts and admiring the view.

Except this debacle will last at least 5 years.

Can't do it.
Not with some game experience.

Tagovailoa played in 7 games prior to the NCG.
He was 35/53 8TD's and 1 Int.
He played against:
Fresno, Colo St. , Vandy, Ole ****, Arky, Tenn, Mercer.
Arguably the 7 worst teams Bama played last year, except for maybe FSU

The time for our young QB's however, is now.

Richt should develop a package for Perry period, i notice both FR QB's played for UGA & Clemson.
player development seems to be lacking on staff...... who is getting better, more for staff $$$ will create
a better staff , better player development.
long term ---- hire an OC, we look very vanilla.......

I'm speaking based on how I've seen these situations play out in the past. The incumbent starter always gets a bigger leash than warranted. NFL is much more aggressive in making changes because the stakes are higher.

no its not. its on richt. richt needs to lower his character expectations and stop being hard on these boys.

Cade and nkosi notpaying aint about talent or playbook its about richt not wanting to hand the keys to the team to a someone skipping class and smokingpot.

**** that. Richt needs to roll someblunt's. start tutoring. and put the best player on the **** field

I've seen tape of his ability to stand in the pocket and deliver, and also throw darts while scrambling.

I honestly don't give a **** at this point if he doesn't make the right read all the time. We are running a child's offensive scheme as it stands. I am sure the kid could handle it.

I will take a true freshman, who most agree is the program's future at QB, who will make a wrong read sometimes but hit his targets over our 5th year senior who has questionable ability to makes the right reads anyways and also has horrible accuracy.

Put in the kid who was actually recruited as a **** QB, and not a frigging baseball player. Williams has to have a higher QB IQ. He has better raw QB talent. The kid is likely smart enough that as the weeks go on, you can open up more playbook options. Any more time wasted with Rosy is detrimental to the team as a whole, and puts the development of our future stars behind one snap at a time.

I 100% agree with this. But JW doesn't even get the snaps in practice - hasn't since the spring. Today he went with the 2s, according to Rosier's comments. Why not give him a set of snaps with the 1s like Cade and Kosi?

I don't know how people don't think this "competition" isn't set up in favor of Cade and Kosi? I get they have more time invested but neither has shown they can take the job. Why shouldn't JW get the same opportunity at this point if he has the physical abilities? I think Richt has given and is still giving both of them EVERY opportunity to be 'the guy'. I just don't get it.

All 3 of our youngins have character issues that Richt wants them to rid themselves of.

It has nothing to do with talent. Everyone knows all 3 QBs are light years better than Rosier, Rosier is just the only one being the good little choir boy that rich wants,

Probably some truth to what you're saying about CRM not being so hard and maybe a lot of truth to the statement about coach rolling up a blunt and getting his tutor on too, but you still can't let kids who haven't done ANYTHING to earn passes for off field transgressions get away with it. That's how you get a bad culture on your team imo
