Here are some examples

Down a bazillion to clemson he punts from clemson's 45 before half. Then kicks a field goal late game so he can get some points in a blowout.

Plays rosier over frehsman to try and squeak out wins instead of developing young talent.

Doesnt throw on 3rd and short ever.

Inexplicably goes for gamble plays with onside kicks with plenty of time left.

Starts experience over talent and sells the team short.

Asks what down it is in the middle of the game. Forgets downs as an oc in the middle of a game guys!

Stays away from big plays apparently at least when a mic is shoved down his pie hole. Miami has always thrived on big plays. Even as recently as 2017 in terms of the defense.

Play to win, dont play conservatively and milk clock.

I understand what you are saying. A good example is Andy Ried. He has historically gone conservative AF with a lead and or when getting beat and it makes you want to pull your hair out. Now that he has Mahomes he keeps the pedal to the metal bc he knows he’s got a QB that can press it and he he trusts his decision making. I know it’s two worlds but Reid hasn’t won a super bowl yet and has been on the cusp just like Richt. Little breaking news as well. Reid is always on the pulse of innovative offenses and still hasn’t won a Super Bowl. Now that he has Mahomes. It’s a matter of time.

Won't happen with that crap defense. They will lose to Seattle and end up a wild card team, where they will choke away their season.

Ummm Reid is still choosing to punt on the opposing team's side of the field. He's done it the last two games. Against the Charges, he punted on 4th and 3 from the Chargers 42, which is idiotic.
 
Beta dudes don’t all of a sudden morph into alphas. They’re born that way and stay that way.

Stopped in to Jimmy Johnson’s Big Chill for lunch on the way to my keys fishing trip. Saw this and immediately thought of how much we are screwed with Richt as HC. He doesn’t have them obviously. Sad times
 
Can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Our fans need to understand he isn’t going to change or adapt. He is the problem.
