Richt is stubborn. He will continue to start Malik for the the foreseeable future

This is what I was afraid of: that Richt was starting Rosier not because he is the best QB on the roster, but because of ulterior motives such as not wanting to lose a QB to transfer, especially given we striking out on 2019 QBs in recruiting. We had a lot of guys here who insisted we are starting Rosier because no one could beat him out. I had my doubts. But now we should all know.

B/c the coach says he is and honestly right now, that’s bull chit. I don’t trust what Richt says any longer. I talked to several fans at the 1st scrimmage that said Perry looked light years better than Rosier.

Let’s be honest; we only seem a glimpse of the practices, but who was the ONLY QB who was throwing behind his players, or too low to the ground? It was Rosier. He’s not a QB. He’s a guy who’s an “athlete” playing the position.

Like I said.....Perry is under 40% in all his scrimmages. He's worse.

Now I do agree, some guys are better in the actual games. However, it sure as **** doesn't look good when our QB #2 can't hit 40% in practice. I'd be hesitant to play him too.

Rosier must be one of those great practice players hat doesn’t translate to the game. Richt and even some of his teammates talked him up this spring and fall. We need a kid who can ball when the red blows the whistle. You can’t tell us as fans who watched this s***show named Rosier the past 14 games there shouldn’t at least be a look at someone else.

I try not to get caught up in coaches talk...
Unfortunately we seemed to have traded a bunch of used car salesmen...for a bunch of used car salesmen. All eerily familiar, including the product on the car lot, excuse me, on the football field. Never mind what they say, the product speaks for itself.

Richt has to wake the fxck up times have change True freshman are starting all around the country. An honestly I rather take my lumps than have to watch another minute of that trash can Rosier!

How do u know that? B/c that’s what the coach has said, right? Further, if true, Perry was playing w the 2nd team O against the 1st team D. Rosier was playing w the 1st team O against the 2nd team D.

We’ve been hearing all off season that Perry has been inaccurate and Rosier has been lighting it up. Imma say Fake News. What I saw from the practices was one guy continuously throwing catchable balls, hitting his receivers in stride, while the other couldn’t make simple slant throws and constantly throwing behind his players. So am I to really believe Perry was 40% while Rosier was lighting it up, when for four games now, it’s been Rosier under 50% in game?

Am I to believe this when I saw this team **** near turn its back on Rosier during the game?

Naw bro; imma go w Richt predetermined who the starter was going to be b/c one guy is older and we were given stats that justified his decision.

What i saw of Spring Game Perry an Willams both look light years ahead of Rosier!! Mayne its not Perry maybe that whack *** playbook is the problem funny how USC is starting a freshman QB but Perry is redshirt freshman an still cant get it down!!! He needs to take that stone age playbook an throw it away simplify things got 3 games to get a young qb ready! I csmt wait to hear the excuse on why Rosier should keep starting smh

He will play Rosier way more than he should during the cupcake schedule. Rosier will put up decent numbers. He will use that as an excuse to keep starting him. If Richt was at Alabama he would have started Jalen Hurts.
Lol exactly... when it is obvious the Tua is better

This whole "Cade is a junkie" thing. Who cares? If he plays well I don't care what substances he chooses to use. If he can hit Brevin running wide open than I want him in the game.
reallly? it's a character issue....... so where do you draw the line at caring.. can he murder someone??

THIS.

Because he has put no pressure on Rosier. Because he was horrible in the Spring Game. 11-25. Because he has been under 40% completions in all his scrimmages so far. Because Perry has loads of talent, but doesn't get it. The coaches have been politely telling us that all along.

Williams looked like a natural out there in the Spring game. He hardly knew the plays but was able to make quick decisions and put the ball on the money.

You guys complain about Malik missing throws, well Perry misses a whole lot more in scrimmages and practice. That's not good!!!
That's because he's a square peg in a round hole.

That's what I been posting about since the game ended & was talking going all the way back to Spring.

You don't force a QB to play in a system that doesn't work for him. If Perry does get to play, you don't make him do the same things that Rosier did, you change the playbook to make him comfortable.

This is Football, not nuclear cold fusion. Miami shouldn't be the only program in D1 Football that doesn't know how to prepare a True or Redshirt Freshman to play.

Rosier sucks. 1 read, tuck and run. Send a blitz, **** his pants and look to run... TRASH.......When will Miami get the fckn qb position right

O-M-G, FINALLY!!! Thank you!!!!

F him and his Stubbornness....Stubbornness is what got Erickson's *** handed to him against Bama...with his one/or none back offense...knowing full well Bama had 2 1st team AA DLmen, (Copeland & Curry) leaving Torretta completely unprotected.....LoL at 170lb Conley pass protecting....or splitting out Wide...leaving a mediocre OL to the Wolves.....smfh

Bro, I didn’t understand football like that back then, and it still ****ed me off. Matter of fact, I just re-watched that game several months ago as an adult to make sure i recalled it appropriately as a kid. Everything u said, spot on.
