What's the love affair with current coaches.

They all can kick rocks besides Scott and maybe Ice. Ice can go back to being off the field coach.

No barrow
No Patrick
No Shannon.

Offensive line is way too important a position for Scott.

What does Coley know about coaching QB?

I'd keep Beard and Scott. Other than that clean house.
 
Martinez would be an upgrade from No D, but is way down the list of people that should be in the running for DC.

I've been asking this same question for weeks. This is one of the most poorly coached team in the NCAA yet we want to keep the entire offensive staff.

Brad Kaaya looks worse than last year, but we want to keep the QB coach. "But he can recruit" - So can Mark Richt. Losing big time recruits and terrible coaching the past 10 years is why we are where we are.

Have any of you looked at our 3rd down conversion percentage and/or seen the 10 false start penalties per game?

I hope Mcclendon comes too.. Dude is a monster recruiter and developer of talent. Dude loves Richt.
 
I am still deciding on who else I want but, I know for sure i would love Coach Rocker and T-Rob on this staff. Also give me Leavitt or
Don Brown (I know im dreaming about this one).
 
How about let the guy who's getting paid $4MM decide who the "ideal" staff is?
 
Barrow LB coach in the NFL will not come back to UM to be LB coach..that is a demotion his next stop will be DC if he moves back down to college level.. He is on career path to become DC.. that's how its done.
 
I'd keep Coley if he wasn't calling plays and you could unleash him recruiting. Golden hires him for recruiting and doesn't even let him recruit. I don't want him calling plays at all tho.

Wouldn't mind Beard but burn the rest down, scorched Earth.
