Richt and rebuilding

The main reason i wanted butch is because i seen him rebuild um and unc. he is going to do it now at FIU.
my concern now is Richt not really have experience "rebuilding". he was at fsu, then went to UGA which
wasnt really a rebuild. Right now, our upper classman are trash for the most part yet richt keeps playing
knowles over hall, cager over hightower, etc. Why not give Jarren a shot? Why? is it because he is always
use to a roster with good upper classman? the man had some good upper classman last year and i get
that no matter the x's and o's, rosier wont execute but wtf, ride with freshman and sophs than.
saban and even butch would be giving jarren a shot right now. no way knowles is playing. etc.

One of the things outside of Richt's blemishes as an OC is his loyalty to upper classmen. This is why you see Perry with such a short leash compared to Rosier; even though Perry is far more talented and has a much higher upside. People need to forget about seeing JW this season unless we have a littany of injuries at the position. Because Richt's trying to retain his RS.
 
Please name just ONE other major college team where the head coach would be starting or even playing Rosier ! JUST ONE !

and that's just for starters about Miami's offensive problems.

I been going crazy why he would play a dud like knowles over Hall especially when you have the new rule for redshirting. FYI, I was calling for Butch too. Richt needs to learn the fundamental of being successful leader, surround yourself with people who are better that you.
 
Richt inherited enough talent for him to have competed for his division in year 1. That’s not a rebuild.
 
Fvck rebuilding, the pieces were in place to win big this year and we didn’t
 
Butch should've been UMs coach since 2010....7-10 yr contract...he'd of come for 3 mill a yr...freeing up additional $$ to get the likes of an Aranda and a young innovative OC.....Unfortunately that made too much sense....

butchs coaching tree was great so anyone who says he will leave in a few need to realize, he probably could find a replacement.

richt has no coaching tree. thats the truth.

soldinger would have come back with butch. he's old but even if he was at ST's coach, i'd have him back.

Those are some truly marvelous names.

We would win games on name coolness alone with that staff!

Butch is fully aware of his limitations...he realizes hes not the Greatest Xs and Os guy for offense...hence him hiring the above...
But I can guarantee one thing....His defensive prowness eviscerates anything Mork has or has ever had....

That's the key right there. Butch knows his weaknesses so he gathers talent to help him. Saban does the same. This is the difference between Saban and Butch compared to the stubbornness of Richt and Golden

right. butch focuses on finding talent and developing them. at um he can overwhelm with talent.
meanwhile blake james is still walking around patting himself on the back for hiring richt.
