I think Fils-Aime is making a huge mistake going to UT. Polar opposite of Naples. The coaching sucks at UT & more than likely he'll see a new coach in the next two years at UT. UT fans are starting to see he can't win big games. It's crazy how much alike Butch Jones is to Al Golden. If this DC doesn't work out Butch wil get canned.

They were just as high on Jones last preseason too. Then they all wanted him fired 4 games into the season.

I live in Knoxville. I can tell you there's the same fear of total failure we had with the previous staff. I listen to local radio shows all day, have for a decade. I lived here when they fired Full Fulmer, Kiffin was crashing cars with coeds and Dooley was taking about shower discipline. There's a vocal froth who thinks it's inevitable they win big next year. Atlanta at the very least. But there's also a contingent who's terrified this guy will somehow turn the flawless red carpet that the East has become into a set of stairs and fall down them. They have the same problem we had with Golden: there is no precedent of great success in his history. Coupled with the gross ineptitude of last year in every critical game they faced, the confidence is eggshell thin.

One thing I will give Butch Jones, is he beat a ranked team, but that was a bowl game against Northwestern of all people so meh...better than anything folden has done admittingly

You should head west a little bit. I work with probably 70% UT alums & they're big fans but none of them have a ton of faith in Butch.
