Richards career as a player is over..

Guy literally lost millions of dollars. I feel absolutely horrible for him and hope he can find a way to play again like Jarvis Jones did.

It's a sad day for Canes if AR82's career is truly over. If so, I wish him nothing but the best in the future.

What's really disturbing is this thread has turned into something other than a tribute to a talented, stand up young man.

I sincerely hope AR82 doesn't come hear and read this BS.

When and how? That’s all I need to know. I didn’t go through all the pages, so if it’s been answered, I apologize. I f’s w AR82. Dude could’ve committed to Bama and came to us. He’s good w me. I’m truly hurt by this news.
 
Really upset hearing this today. Ahmmon is a guy from day 1 you could tell was different. We sat next to each other in the WR room his freshman year and his work ethic and attitude was tremendous. He had so much upside in football and it sucks having bright career on the field taken away but he’s a guy who’ll do big things in whatever he pursues.

1. AR can love the team all he wants. But if he had beef serious enough with Rick that he was no longer going to be part of the team regardless of his injury, then Rick wouldn’t let him hang around the sidelines.

2. You’re delusional if you truly believe that AR’s little brother MAR would still be attending recruiting events and actively participating with UM if Rick basically destroyed AR’s career and life as you suggested. You conspiracy guys always make things incredibly complicated in order to advance your theories. It’s not that complex here. MAR would have dropped UM if Rick did his brother the way you’re claiming.

3. Being told not to discuss the injury doesn’t mean to claim that there was no injury and that the HC and former starting QB conspired to end AR’s UM career. That’s a ridiculous position, but I’m not surprised by it right now.

4. I’m not worried. And “it’ll all come out” is something that Bill O’Riley has been claiming since he got fired.

Sometimes, these neck conditions are congenital and get discovered almost by accident. You guys should quit looking for a way to blame Rosier for AR’s career being over.

If his career ended from diving for a football because his neck was genetically predisposed to that sort of injury, then he is lucky it got discovered before some sort of real severe impact that rendered him a quadriplegic.
