His offense can be explosive if you can find the right players. In 4 of the last 5 seasons he's called plays he's put up a top 30 offense

Did good work last year with Ole Miss.
Knows South Florida.
Runs a fast paced, competent offense.
Might be able to convince Tisdale to get back in the portal and come to the 305.
