Rex Ryan with the IQ of an underpriveleged child of the third world? Not to mention conservative right-wing as F. He was wearing an NYPD hat today... I'm sure he's not racist... lulz

He's never going to come here BUT he would be amazing because of the following:
@MoveTheSticks: Rex was an easy coach to work with on the personnel side. He just wanted great players, not obsessed with fit... He could adjust his scheme
Rex Ryan went to two consecutive AFC conference title games in back-to-back seasons with Mark Sanchez as a QB. That's impressive.

Yes, in his first two seasons with the guys that were left for him, which included a half dozen pro bowlers.
Once he had to build up his team, it became a total disaster. His defensive rankings have consistently fallen year to year, and his offenses have always been terrible.
He's a players coach who guys all like, when given an already made, mature, self motivated team can do well. He's a brash version of Coker.
And I loved rex. 2009-10 were awesome. But the wins, defense, and personnel have all steadily declined from day 1 till now.

You do realize that he's not the GM. Also, considering he took someone else's players and capitalized says a lot about a coach in the NFL. This wasn't exactly the situation that Coker walked into when he had Butch's players. When you take over a job in the NFL when the previous coach got canned, you're usually looking at a "rebuilding" type of situation.
