Get a younger guy that has a burning desire to win. Someone with P5 HC experience that is high level with X and O’s.

And he would run an offense just as conservative and awefull as Richt.
Never mind he’s never been a college coach so there’s no telling how he would deal with recruiting.
 
Rex would be great in the college game but his defensive schemes are very complicated and would probably overwhelmed college kids. If he brought a top-notch OC that would be lights out
