Restrepo speaks then deletes

Love X, but The old culture still rearing its ugly head. I can’t think of 1 situation where a player from Bama, Georgia, Clemson etc have tweeted at a reporter or fans or deleted their teams stuff while having a ****y fit like Miami players have this year

gamesmanship

This.

It sounds like X is out for this Saturday, but then again, indefinitely could mean he’s back tomorrow or next month or whenever.

But why give the opposition any information, rather just keep them guessing. It’s not a huge thing, it may not even determine the outcome of the game, but anything you can do to make your opponent spend more time on extraneous things if they didn’t need to, that’s just how it works. Gamesmanship.

Mallory or Arroyo gonna have to step up in the slot. Restrepo was a good matchup to their nickel who is their best player on D - he's just 6'3 195 - X is shifty enough to get some separation on him unless they bracket him - not nearly as a good of a matchup for a TE now.

Might be time for Brashard or give Jacolby a chance in the slot in his 1st game back. Not really ideal.. I don't think Brashard is shifty enough in his routes and I don't think George has chemistry with TVD or a really good understanding of the playbook to be a difference maker.

I think the gameplan was always and still is gonna be run it at them and make them quit. If they stop it.. we have an embarrassing day on O. Their style of D isn't aggressive and is advantageous for a physical run game to take advantage of (we want to be physical and move people but we're just not there yet). The average depth of their tackles made by a LB is really appealing for this matchup unless they become more aggressive this week.

TE in the slot, TE in the H, and Cooper in-line as an extra blocker. Like it or not.. that is the offense this year. Now more than ever.

If in fact he is hurt and I would assume Susan wouldn't tweet what she did unless she confirmed the injury then what she wrote isn't wrong. He is out with an unspecified amount of time with a foot injury.

Fortunately, Susan @'ed Aggie Football, so we should be grateful she's passing along the information to our opponent...

You know I’ve been laying off of her, because a lot of comments about her been really horrible on a personal basis, but this one really takes the cake. it was just a dumb shout out. What was the point? This is why some coaches can’t stand the media. I mean Belichick comes off as an angry bitter person, but I can understand why he acts that way towards most of the media.

Looked it up for another post, but last big road game when we played @clemson we had 4 of the same Olineman and we gave up 5 sacks, 11 tackles for loss and Cam had 8 carries for 3 yards.. We have to hope they have better showing than that, hope coaching and experience makes a HUGE difference

you really monitor this stuff that closely. I am willing to bet this has happened before with other players on other teams. I don't think this is reflection of our culture or anything. he tweeted and then deleted it. big deal.
